I am a software engineer and I joined this company as fresher. After joining this company I feel the owner of this company is treating me and other employees like factory workers and asking me to do cleaning staff work also. I am from a poor family and will not leave this job he knows that, that's why he asked me to do such work that no one will ask their engineer employees.
The owner of this company is too much rude and behaves like Hitler, also he is muddy and stupid. Actually, he is not capable and has not established this company on his own. He belongs to a rich family and his father provide him with money to run this business. In India this happens, Rich fathers provide money to their children to run businesses to keep their family reputation up.
This is my request to all don't take the chance to experience all things that I did and don't join this company as an employee.
