These guys put a new metal roof on my home. They did what looked like an okay job, but the first big rainstorm we had, the roof leaked. Not a little, it leaked a lot. I called repeatedly, left messages, no response. I got increasingly angry in my messages. Finally got a call back. They said they'd come look at it.Made appointment, didn't show.
This went on several times. Finally someone showed up. They did a few minor things and said that would take care of it. Next big rainstorm, same thing. The whole experience repeated several times over the next 2 years. Finally, it seemed they fixed the problem. Had a couple of storms with no apparent leakage. Then, it happened again, and it had leaked so much into the kitchen wall that a cabinet fell off the wall. They have not responded to repeated phone calls since then.
