I came to this company after attending Russ Whitney Introductory seminar in October 2000 and signing up with E-Commerce for a credit card machine. They were the initial connection between me and them.

I have come to the end of the lease on the equipment and wanted to stop this account as well. I called a couple of times to tell them that I was cancelling the service.

They told me in customer service that they could not take my cancellation over the phone and I had to fax them a letter. I did that last week and when I checked my banking account this week, I find a charge of $295 cancellation fee.

When I called to find out why the fee was charged, the woman in customer service tells me that I signed the agreement to pay the fee. I told her that I did not sign any such agreement and I was not willing to pay.

She pretty much said too bad.
