This company has taken $4.99 off my credit card for no service. It was suppose to help build a webb site which didn't happen. I have asked them to stop taken the temporary $4.99 charge off of my credit card and it ain't happening. I was a little rough this time when I called but to no avail. Again I was told to call Chris and he will take care of my account and put a credit on my credit card. It AIN'T happening. Please investigate these people. I have a husband laid off now since last July and they retired me last June.

Because IMS does not bill via a customer's credit card, this charge may actually be from another vendor. Please fax additional information including the Merchant Number, and/or owner name and business address to 818-936-0354 so we can investigate this further and hopefully get this resolved for you.
