well folks, if you want a room for a week that you have to clean and sanitize when you check in and a place were there is alot of noise and your car is vandalized then go to inntown suites of edmond,ok. ,they surely will give you the worst service you have ever recieved!
they have a bearded pony -tail weasel -poor excuse for a security guard -named 'GARY', you have to see this a*****e , he looks like a frog, does nothing and hides in his rent free room 101. Also a do nothing so-called mange' michael fisher'. You can't miss this place the parking lot and rooms are so filthy and the service is terrible!! I could also say they have several washers and dryers in the laundry room that have been out of service for at least a year!

They refuse to remove ice and snow from parking lot and the stair cases! And if you complain they have the nerve to be angry at you ! please stay away from inntown suites of edmond, oklahoma!

Good Place for Long Term Stay

My arrival at ITS was rough; I had traveled a long way. The original facility I was interested in did not have a closet, but a rack on the wall. The manager was courteous and caring enough to direct me to another ITS facility that had actual closets. I have lived here for 10 months. The bulk of the people who live here are long term residents, not transients. The manager, maintenance supervisor and security person have all been very helpful. No, it doesn't have the most beautiful carpet, but they shampooed mine at my request. I turned the mattress and sprayed it with a Febreze product that deodorizes and disinfects. The mattress side I use was cleaner than the other side, actually, it had never been turned, so the side I use is brand new. I added a mattress cover and a foam pad to soften the bed.

I also added my own personal bedding; sheets, pillows, comforter, lamps, throw pillows, etc.  I placed small persian carpets strategically around plus art on the walls, artifacts, plants, small pieces of my own furniture, etc. I scrubbed the kitchen floor with brillo and it sparkles. I added my own shower curtain and rings and bathroom rug, plus artifacts. I put a lovely wall clock up in the kitchen and covered the ugly table with beautiful custom table coverings. I also got rid of the chairs and supplied my own. The loveseat I have is very nice, was brand new. I have never had a minute's trouble with management. I stay here because I do not want the hassle of a lease, or a mailbox full of bills for utilities, land-line, cable and internet. Whenever something has been broken, they fix it. I do not use their maid services. After they watched me for a month and saw my character and that I paid promptly and fixed up the room, they allowed me to forego maid service. I bought a vacuum also.

Yes, the walls are thin. However, the property is not filthy; it is cleaned and power washed regularly. The manager is responsible and extremely courteous. I thin ITS is better for a single person who needs a long term studio apartment than for transients. Many of the people who have complained about ITS have to realize that transients are the ones who cause the issues in most cases. They are noisy, destructive, and do not care about the studio. The staff does look with suspicion initailly but once you have been here long enough for them to size you up, they are great. The studio apartment is between 550-660 square feet and well laid out. It's what you make of it......and better for long term so that you can fix it up.
