Inovision Medclr Portfolio Group, Inc. Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC Fraudulent Debt Collector/ Scam Trying to collect Nonexistent credit card charges Internet
I received a suspicious bulk mailer from Portfolio Recovery Associates, stating that I owed more than $6000 from merchant: MBNA account that I never had previously owned by Inovision Medclr Portfolio Group, LLC. This correspondence provides settlement payment plans and a toll free number to call. It further states that my first payment must be received by 11/30/12.
Since I have not had a credit card since 2001 I am reporting them. They state that due to the age of the debt they will not sue me or report it to any credit reporting agency.
