Complaint Review: Inphonic

I had bought Cell phone service from 1800Mobile.com

Note the Rebate conditions:

1. Rebate of $200 can be submitted After 180 days, but before 210 days - a 30 day period !
2. Note the period is in days. So a normal person counting in terms of month would be atleast 1 week late (available timeframe to submit rebate is 30 days) !
3. If these were not enough to fool anyone, the address printed on Rebate forms (2 forms each for $100) is incorrect !

So if you send 1st class mail, you might as well forget the money.
4. If you sent Certified, well, so you know mail did reach, what next ? Its very difficult to get any Tel number for them.
5. You can cheat and get through to Sales people (select options for buying a new phone) !
