rI bought 2 phones from CellularChoices.net in October 2006; each phone had 2 rebates for a total of $140. I waited the allotted time, submitted the required forms, resubmitted everything after they said I can't completed everything (which I had), and have been waiting since April for payment.

Each time I call, I'm told everything was received on April 23rd, 2007 and it takes 10 to 12 weeks to process (their own website says 4 to 5 weeks). When I point out that it has been 15, 16, or 18 weeks, I'm told that they have had an overwhelming response to their rebate program and they don't know when it will issued. There is no one else to talk to, no way to know when the refund will be sent, no way to speed up the process.

Today I was told that it was the corporate office that issues checks and that there was no way to contact them.
