This company keeps making up all kinds of excuses for not honoring these rebates. After calling everyone I could think of and emailing everyone except the PRESIDENT OF THE USA, I'm right back where I started from, NO REBATE. I resent everything numerous times and still inphonic.rebatestatus.com came up with a different excuse every time. I already filed a complaint with the BBB and my next step is with the Attorney General and Consumer affairs. Cognigen sent me the phones with all these labels on it that covered this so-called UPC code that is supposed to be on the box. I sent Inphonic everything from the Verizon 1st bill to the sales receipt that gave every number you could think of to identify theses phones as the phone I purchased during this so-called promotion. I've been getting the run around from Cognigen and Inphonics over this and every time they send me an email it says the same thing and a few of them have a different excuse. If these boxes do have a UPC code on them how am I supposed to get them if they made sure they loaded the box up with labels on top of any other writing? That's not my fault, and I feel they do this on purpose and give me the run around so time will expire on the rebate.
