Hi! My name is ..... It has come to my attention that you mailed out an Ericson 300 with a phone attachment and that is not what I agreed to. I understand that the T722i was on back order, which I was not at all to thrilled about because obviously I was anxious to recieve the phone as soon as possible and start using it, but that's fine.

My issue is, I did not order an ericson 300. I ordered the T722i with phone attachment and that is what I expect to receive not a replacement because after all you have my info it was your duty to inform me what the waiting period would be, which i only came to find out because i called in to see what the hold up was and was originally told it would be arriving just the following week.

Now I call back to find out you've sent me something I didn't order and I'm not a very happy customer right now. So unless your in the habbit of deceiving your customers, I only want what i originally ordered not a replacement. I never authorized to have a replacement sent in the first place. Now I spoke to several of your personel and the last one i spoke to last night indicated that if i happened to even use the phone i received even thirty minutes. I would be obligated to keep it so I'll have you know its being sent right back packaged unopened.. Again I only want what I AGREED TO WHICH IS THE T722i PHONE THAT IS THE ONLY ONE I'LL ACCEPT THANK YOU for your attention to this matter please respond promply.

Then it turned out when I called T-mobile that they had changed my plan entirely this was unexceptable to me. I called Tmobile and it took a couple of calls but we straightened out the mess. When I originally called Inphonic the gentlemen was very nice and answered all my questions and assured me nothing would be cahnged to my plan that i was only purchasing a phone.

That was not the case as it turned out I was shipped a different phone all together and was charged an activation fee and was given a new number and was even told nothing would be in affect or activated until I received the phone that was a lie. I was very angry at how they deceived me and its not fair of these companies to take advantage of innocent people.
