All These postings on Rip-Off report.com sounds the same and are true.

I got ripped off by the same outfit called wirefly and their associates.

Back in October 23, 2005, I bought two cell phones online through wirefly.com (Inphonic Cybersource Corporation.)

I completed the two separate rebate forms as directed, included first month phone bill, and copies of the UPC code. Then I mailed the package to their rebate center at:
Department -63784,
Customer Appreciation Rebate
P.O. Box 52900
Phoenix, AZ 85072

One month passed and I did not get the rebate checks and I did not hear back from them.

For the last five months, all I have resubmitted the same information about six times. Called every department and contact number for the above aforementioned company; however, I have not been successful at getting back my rebates totaling $360.00

This company is unquestionably running a scam business.
I faxed the information, emailed the company, called the rebate center, I was told they never had me in their database as a customer who bought phones from wirefly or Inphonic.

I tried to have my Credit Card Company reverse the charges, but they said the charges are valid and they do not dispute rebates issues. I called T-mobile and explained to them my situation, they said they will look into the issue but could not promise any thing.

I am out of $360, wasted hours on completing forms, and exhausted phone calls.

I hope someone slap this rip-off outfit with a class act lawsuit. I will be extremely happy to join the lawsuit.

Their address is:
Inphonic Cybersource Corporation
1010 Wisconsin Ave Nw.
Washington, DC 20007-3607

Rebate requirements - proof of service

Hello Mike,
I'll need your order number to look up the specifics of your rebate, but I can tell you that the large majority of our rebates have a submission window of 180-210 days after date of activation.

If this is the case with your rebate deal, and you purchased your phones at the end of October, then the earliest you would have been able to submit is right around now. Meaning that your rebate application could not have been accepted.

Please send me an email at customerinquiry@inphonic.com so I can confirm the terms of your rebate. The good news is that if you did send your claim in too early (and incomplete, since you'd be missing the required billing documentation from your carrier), you would still have some time to resubmit a correct application.

More information about rebate requirements can be found at: wireflyrebates.com/

Please send an email (Attention: Jen) to customerinquiry@inphonic.com and I can look into your rebates for you.

Regards,
Jennifer B.
