The FTC website says a company must honor the rebate in a reasonable amount of time according to their agreement. Inphonic/Wirefly says 10-12 weeks but are looking now at 24-26 weeks and still no checks.
Their excuse of being busy has worn thin long ago.
Just file an FTC Complaint. I am also in process of filing State Attorney General Complaints.
