Complaint Review: InPhonic

I purchased two phones from Wirefly on 1/1/07 and filed my rebates with Motorola and to Customer Appreciation H17945 properly. Motorola followed through. The later, Inphonic, received and approved my rebate about 6 months ago, but I never received my $75. Now they are bankrupt and claim they will be sending out letters for communication on approved rebates (those approved prior to 11/7/07 I think it was). Still no word.
