Complaint Review: Inphonic Liberty Wireless

They did a promotion with Avis that is a complete fraud - the equipment they sold came damaged then found out it is not compatible with the wireless service they claim to be partners with which is t-mobile. They refused to take the equipment back and will not offer a refund. All their customer service is outsourced to India which makes it impossible to get any sort of care - was hung up on repeatedly and now they are saying they are going to bill me for more than what the equipment is worth - they quoted 3 different rates! SHAME ON AVIS FOR SIGNING UP FOR THIS PROMOTION - CALL THEIR MARKETING OFFICE AND ALERT THEM OF THIS SCAM - THEY RAN THIS PROMOTION FROM JAN - MARCH. A BIG BLACK EYE FOR AVIS - NEVER RENTING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!
