While I have been as frustrated and jumped through most of the same hoops as all of you I would like to finally report something positive. I received the following letter and check from InPhonic. I thought I would share the letter on this site. Now I need to hope that the check does not bounce. If it does I will be back.

Dear Mr XXXX

As a follow-up letter via the Better Business Bureau dated April 12, 2006, I provide the following resolution:

Our third party rebate processor denied your submission because your submission was not with in the required time frame of the terms and conditions of the rebate. However, after reviewing your claim, I was unable to substantiate their determination.

InPhonic values its customers and is committed to honoring all properly submitted rebates. Accordingly, we will honor the rebate and have enclosed a check in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) in full and complete satisfaction of all amounts that may be due to you by InPhonic in connection with both the rebates associated with this order. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at 202-333-0001.
