After reading the other complaints about Inphonic rebate center, I have no hope of getting my $900 rebates back. I'd like to tell some differences in treatment I've received from others, because the difference in treatment has kept me waiting and waiting without being alarmed.

1. I got my phone on time and phone service started on time.

2. My rebates application process weren't difficult - I only need to mail 1 second month bill and the rebate time frame was totally reasonable under the instruction.

3. They notified me that they got all my rebates in time, with 2 that I need to resubmit. I resubmitted within the next day and my status was updated instantly as well.

4. When I called they never denied about my rebate status, just say that sometimes it'll take an extra 2 weeks to process. They said they know that the company owed me $900 but it's the system which is slow in processing. They were nice on the phone.

But 6 months passed and now their phone is always busy with a message of reclassfying all their rebates and need extra time. Their rebate center website changed as well.
