Inphonic - REBATE-ZONE Rebate Ripoff White Bear Lake Minnesota
I too have just had a horrible experience with this so called Rebate Zone. I kept all the information, submitting their requirements each time. Every time, it was returned invalid, sometimes 4 weeks after initially submitted, denied. I just called one of their Customer Service Representatives and of course got the same response that everyone else has received. The postmark was now AFTER the date. I yelled that I had all the paperwork that was sent to me and that I had taped our phone conversations, she actually had the gall to yell that I had just commited a crime. I informed her that I am in New Jersey and am allowed to tape our conversations and advised her to send me a copy of the "postmark" and I would take it up with the Attorney General. This has to stop. The only reason I went this with third company was specfically because they assured I would save money. I have spent more than I received.
We need a class action suit in this matter.
