Have been waiting over 3 months to receive my rebate from this company sent e-mail no reply. called was advise there is a 15 minute waiting time call back at other time. Each rebate was for $150. each 2 phone's were orderd and submited and i am stiil wating .

It took my rebates one year from time of purchase to getting my final rebates. I followed all rules exactly. At first rebates were not found and I had to fax everything in. Then the long wait began. I was always told everything was approved just had to wait for processing. Maybe with the new processing company handling rebates they will get things processed faster. There is NO excuse for their taking over 25 weeks from submission to get a rebate that clearly stated on their rebate forms 10-12 weeks. Hang in there!! & Don't give up. I did file complaints with the BBB, FTC, & OAG in Washington D.C.
