Complaint Review: InPhonic

InPhonic ripoff,allmost 1 year and still no rebate, just alot of "lip service" White Bear Lake Minnesota

I like so many others on this web site have been screwed by InPhonic Inc. I ordered my Motorola Razr V3 through MSN Mobile back in Oct. of 2005 & of course had to wait the 180 days before I could submit my rebate forms.

I submitted my forms in the proper manner & then was told to chaeck the web site 10-14 days after submission which I did. It seemed like everything was in order, they gave the rebate# & the submission# & a notation that said "We have received your submission & it is being processed".

By the end of May still no rebate, the end of June no rebate. I checked again in the middle of July & this time there was another notation that said they were reprocessing all recent rebate submissions & that if I had any questions or concerns, please call (866)800-4303.

Well this 800# is a joke allso, you don't get to talk to anyone just listen for the telephone prompts. you know the routine, press 1 for this, press 2 for that & so on. Well I have had it, if anyone has any suggestions on how to rattle the InPhonic cage so I can get my rebate, please respond.
