I ordered 2 Cell Phones from Nextel, and somehow, Inphonics was involved in the process. Inphonics told me that they were deducting $19.95 from my checking account, for the cell phones. They actually took out $125.00. When I told them that I was returning the phones, they took 3 weeks to send me one RMA.

I received a bill for $54.00 for my phones, that I haven't used. There was 3 minutes talk time, that was used to verify that the phones were actually set up and worked correctly. It took Inphonics a week to remove the bill, and I still do not have verification that they have removed the charges.

Inphonics, will not tell Nextel anything about the account, so Nextel is unable to assist in this.

Inphonics will not refund my money until I send them the phones, but the phones cannot be returned without an RMA, and they won't send the second RMA.

The Worst Nightmare that I have ever had with an Internet Purchase.
