Inphonic ripoff terrible service won't send items paid for and rebate rip off Internet

I ordered a Motorola V600 and accessory pack 3/8/05. They typed in the wrong zip code, programmed my phone w the wrong area code (then wouldn't change it, insisted that I contact T-Mobile to fix InPhonic's mistake), sent it to the wrong city, and didn't send the car charger I paid for.

I've called InPhonic 6 times trying to get account information corrected so the rebates will go thru and to try to get them to send the car charger.

Their call center appears to be in India (and everyone I talk w is named "Rose, Stella, Rachel, Karen", etc.- they speak English, but don't seem to understand it) and it takes a long time(they have really awful hold music)to get to a real person and get thru their process of verifying account information just to tell them they still haven't shipped my charger.

I think they hope people will quit calling if they make it take long enough. Everytime I call they insist that they'll expedite shipping my charger or that they've already sent it.

I've complained to T-Mobile (InPhonic is an authorized dealer) and let them know that I consider the service I've recieved to be a reflection on them as well and that I will never use T-Mobile or any other carrier that deals with InPhonics after this contract runs out.
