I ordered a cell through InPhonic good special internet page, then a few dys latter they call me telling me credit card # was wrong. I just told him, go ahead and cancel the order. Next thing I know I recieve a bill from sprint $169.00 for using this phone. I called sprint and told then this phone was never activated by me and this phone was never received by me. Called inphonic they said ok no problem. Then I received another bill from sprint. I call them back the explained it was an error.

Today I received a bill for $150.00 penalty from Inphonic. I called them; terrible customer service. They said someone signed for this package at my appartment on Dec 10 at 400pm. I am a single mother of 3 children and I get home no earlier then 630pm. I get out of work at 500pm. They said well lady someone signed for it so if you can get documentation from UPS stating they never delivered package then we can waive it.

This is really ridiculous for me to play FBI with UPS and having all this running around because first god knows where they send the phone, second they did not cancel the order and third the disactivation of the phone was made before the 14th day that they state it should be deactivated in order not to get penalized. They should have access as to who and where the phone is connected. I called sprint as soon as I received the bill. I did not activate the phone in the first place and never the less received the phone.
