This is the address that I was referred to after many emails to cellphonerebates.com, Continental Promotion Group, Inc., the Phoenix BBB, ddennis@inphonic.com, etc. The BBB in Phoenix is aware of the lawsuit again InPhonic,Co.Inc.
I have my doubts, now, about ever seeing the $200 they owe me!

After five months the rebate check for $200 arrived today. This is after writing the BBB in Phoenix and Washington,DC, the DA in Washington, and several people within InPhonic. It would appear that the squeaky wheel gets the oil so start writing and document your claim for a rebate when you write these agencies. I was ready to start with the USPostal Service and FTC, but it appears that my request made it to the right person within InPhonic.
