Complaint Review: Inphonic - Wirefly

What a pain. Please be aware. Don't ever buy anything from this company. You will have probablems with everything.

1) The phone will be delivered late/ if at all.

2) It may be damaged. (My phone would not charge)

3) You WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR "PROMISED" REBATE...EVER!

4)If you bargin well...you can physically deal or compromise with actual retailers in actual stores. Don't be lazy, get out there and actually shop for a phone and a plan that fits you best.

5) Again, you will NOT get your rebate...so up-front, you will pay for the phone (full price)...you can get better deals if not free phones almost anywhere.

6) Wirefly and Inphonics do not have "customer service reps"...When a problem arises, and it will, you will be left to send emails, which by the way, are automatically returned to you...i.e. no one reads them.

*** I have made that mistake you are about to make...in all, I have now spent close to $200.00 (new phone/broken battery replaced). THINK!
