My situation is just like everyone else's. I am out $400 - bought the required phones online, got the required phone service, submitted everything complete & on time. Resubmitted each time the rebate was denied because the UPC code was wrong (it wasn't and phone calls to the service center confirmed that), or the phone bill was wrong (it wasn't) or that there was missing info on the application (there wasn't). So now that the submission window has lapsed, I guess they got me good, huh? I am eager to join a class action suit. Just a minute ago, I emailed the head Inphonic guy (a suggestion from another rip-off reprot) and guess what? The email returned as undeliverable.
