This is a work in progress and I may still prevail however as of now I am emptyhanded. This company was contacted through the united airlines website and masquerades as United Wireless. The sales enticement is 5000 MileagePlus miles awarded in monthly increments of 1000 miles beginning 45 days after activation.

It is now 120 days since activation and I have not received the first installment of miles. I contacted them by email and was assured my miles would post"with the next back she sends over and the delay was caused by return of the defective phone that was sent with the original order"

The carrier for this service is Verizon who I have had no problem with except I beleive they should associate themselves with more ethical organizations ditto for united airlines which I consider complicit in the fraud.

Additionally the company offers a two step mail in rebate on the phone that you purchase which is designed to be difficult to comply with. I mailed them my first request for rebate a month ago and the website shows no record of receipt but indicated that the site is updated normally every 30 days but currentlly is taking longer.

My advice would be to avoid doing business with this company and instead go to the company store of the carrier you want to use and get a slightly less generous incentive from an honest company.
