I bought 2 RAZR phones in Oct 2005. Their were 4 rebates for $100 each. I submitted all paperwork for them ( I have all copies) after 150 days as requred (April/May 2006). Received confirmation of receipt via email.
No checks till August when I checked their website. The website stated that they moved their database or sth.
Called them Nov 2006 and the CS rep said my rebates are being reviewed. This is after 6 months after submission.
