Complaint Review: INS Digital World/accessoriesland.com

I called to ask a question about a digital camera. I was told I was asking the same stupid question that all stupid G__ D___ americans ask and that I needed to get it through my F______ brain that it was just a F_____ camera. And then he hung up on me.

I called back to talk to the manager and I was told that he did not have time to talk to stupid people with stupid questions. I was told that if I wanted to buy the camera that I needed to call the sales line otherwise to stop wasting their time. He then hung up again.

I call the sales line and asked if they were an official Canon retailer and he said yes. However, according to Canon they are not. I asked the salesperson for the name of the manager and he told me it was none of my business and hung up on me.
