In April 2018, we ordered USD$3000 worth of skincare products from a Korean beauty wholesaler, INS E&F Co., Ltd (INS Corporation). The company was not able to fulfil the order and had promised to do a 100% refund. Since then, we had been following up with INS E&F Co., Ltd (INS Corporation) on the refund, but to no use. The CEO of the company, Mr Darren Kim either ignores my messages or ask for a extension of the payment, but we never received the refund. BEWARE of this scammer company, INS E&F Co., Ltd (INS Corporation).
