Complaint Review: insaneshopping

 This company advertising items at an extreme discount than you would buying them a the official brand site. The discount is how they get you in. They advertise shoe from all top manufactures, Nike, Adidas, Jordan, etc. They do not have a customer service number. You can only message then from their site www.xfouri.com. This is a CHINA Based company but the site makes you think its Europe based. They sold me a pair of Nike American football shoes size 9 and mailed me a pair of USED Adidas soccer shoes size 8. The shoes smelled horrible. When they finally got back to my message via email, Amy White (hyaftersale.vip@gmail.com) asked if I can just keep them, after a few back and forth emails they suggested I find a family member or friend who can use the shoes. This site is a ripoff, don't use! The transaction had PES*insaneshopping jinan on it, the package return address was Jiang Wen, Yuneng?International Plaza, Lishui, FOShanShi, Guangdong 528200. Additional Emails:tiibcenfoolundd@gmail.com & Customerservices@shoppingcustomer.com. Another name I found associated with Company is Sheang Chao. Please avoid this company at all cost
