Insidelookingout.com auction rip-off scam artists they delay you and then leave you with no product and no money Key West Florida
I won a couple of auctions on Bidz.com, turned out to be all from the same company, insidelookingout.com, after a week without notice of shipping I emailed them asking about my shipment, they wrote me back saying a supplier of theirs had been ripping them off saying they shipped product when they didn't.
Well, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another week, still no product, so I called them up, they said they were having trouble finding a new source but should have one within the week. a week later still nothing.
Called again and they said they just got a shipment in and were sorting through it, I should receive an email by Monday, Monday comes around still nothing, so I call again and I give them another break ( I know, I'm a sucker). Well finally another week goes by and nothing so I call for a refund and they say they will process it.
A week later still no refund, contact bidz.com, they have some rifdiculous 72 hr policy, have you ever received product in 72hrs? Anyway I had paid with a debit card and that was too far gone too, so I emailed them and they said in 14 days i would receive a check, that was 3 weeks ago, today no one even answers their phone.
