Pitiful training - you think you’re getting something when their CEOs assist you onsite, then wham, they leave you to your own devices.  Not good enough, training should have been more concentrated and a little longer inspite of our experience in the industry, there were to many unexpected issues that need resolution either from their available contact or the partner they contract with.  Even the CEOs were running into major problems that, with their own experience caused them problems, but they were able to work out due to the length of time they have been doing that type of work.

Their contract they give you to come on board are designed to offer you what would seem to be a big payday.  It comes down to you end up with extremely late paychecks, unreconciled out of pocket expenses they claim they don’t want you to incur, their inability to keep track of the numerous files you send them documenting your expenses, then the contract reads that if you don’t submit a 2week notice, what work you have done for them will only garner you MINIMUM WAGE.  Sad especially when a 6 hour job end up taking you nearly 10 - 15 hours of hard labor (not joke) to complete in IT.  SAD.

I agree 100% with you on this.  First off, IG pay periods are seven days, but their actual "pay date" is a full week later - so they're collecting interest on money I've already earned for an entire week.  Currently, I'm waiting for a paycheck that is for work that was completed nearly three weeks ago.  "Check's in the mail", is the only answer I can get from them... yet they're happy to cancel the current check and cut me a new one which they will happily FedEx out to me in another five days.  The only retribution I have is if they actually sent the check out later than the date they have set as the "pay date".  Labour laws in this country seem to protect the pockets of employers rather than employees these days.
