We purchased a 32" LCD TV from Best Buy just over 2 years ago. Just after 2 years, the TV stopped working!. I contacted Best Buy and was told that I could bring the TV in for diagnostic testing to see what was wrong. This costs $170.00, just to have it tested! I called another reliable company about repairing the TV but they can not work on Insignias, only Best Buy can. Best Buy seems to have corner on the market with this product, repairs and all since no one else can get parts or information for Insignia. Therefore, Best Buy can charge outrageous fees!

I tried to call Insignia, but the number from their website was no good. I emailed them with the problem and was told to try the TV in another outlet.
Of course that did not work.

This TV cost over $1,000.00. That works out to be over $500.00 a year for a TV and with diagnostics and repairs will be a lot more!

I read another report regarding Insignia products from Best Buy, the answer from Best Buy was " you get what you pay for ". Great customer service!

My advice?? Stay away from Best Buy and Insignia Products! Go to a on
longstanding reliable, customer service oriented company!
