Recently an employee of Island Media Advertising died. He was an incredibly talented young artist who was promised a job in the web design department but had to do sales first. His sales record was average for the office, but the company decided to terminate him and he went home and took his own life.

Island Media Advertising uses deceptive tactics to prey on people. The person who died was a very sensitive artist who was in a state of depression. And being let go by Island Media was enough to push him over the edge. It was an amazing tragedy for his fiance and his parents and myself. I would strongly recommend that NO ONE take a job with this company or in any way do business with them.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, March 02, 2010

I, David Moninger, have been the owner of IslandTime.com since 1994, and have used the reported phone number since 1999, and AT NO TIME did I ever go by the name of Island Media Advertising, or any other name close to that.

I have always operated under my own name, and have NEVER HAD A EMPOYEE.

My "web design department" consists of ME, my sales staff consists of ME.

This incident may have occurred, but it has NOTHING TO DO with IslandTime.com or the phone number associated with this report.
