Complaint Review: Instacart Insta Cart Instacart.com Grocery Delivery Wholefoods Market

I wanted to like them but they are obviously criminal minded. I stopped using them because of the service fee. I recently found out the service fee was optional. I began using them again but the service fee keeps being aggressively and secretly added. I already paid an annual fee so why would they trick me into paying more fees? The company added a service fee and cut the workers pay, they said the fee went to the workers, it didn't. The tip is "optional" but the driver begged for a tip that I was already going to give. The website designer is both criminal and aggressive. My delivery person forgot half of my order and I declined to rate or tip, now the site is trying to force me to rate and tip before I can order again.  When I DO rate and tip(99% of the time), I keep being badgered to rate and tip over and over.  I was tricked into tipping multiple times. Frustrating, expensive and Horrible experiences. Beware!!
