I used the online shopping site Instacart. My husband and I both went over everything finished and sent the order in. this is the second time I used this site I forgave them last time for the same mistake. I received texts saying they had to replace items but they never gave me a chance to ok.

She was already checked out when I replied. When the items did finally arrive, not only 50 percent of them were missing, I paid nearly 60 dollars for items that should not have cost that much. When I located the site and issued a problem, they played dumb and pretended they never "had an order" with the email I had.

Mind you again, my husband was there too when I put everything in. After a few minutes basically talking to a rude brick wall, I abruptly told them not only will I not use the site again I will prompt my friends and family to as well.
