Complaint Review: INSTAFLEX

INSTAFLEX Instaflex TRICKED ME INTO GIVING THEM MY DEBIT CARD $ TO PAY FOR SHIPPING OF FREE BOTTLE OF INSTAFLEX& THEN CHARGED MY BANK 2X FOR $74.98 UNAUTHORIZED! DID NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT! MURRAY, Utah

Instaflex scammed me, (an ailing senior citizen) into giving them my bank debit card # in order to pay for the Shipping re: their FREE bottle of INSTAFLEX pills last year. And then I kept getting Overdraft CHARGE
NOTICES from my Bank @ $35.00 X FOUR TIMES making my account go way Negative, and I could not figure out WHY?!

Then while at the Post Office this month, I was shown a small package that had been there waiting for me to pick up, of which I refused as I did NOT want to buy INSTAFLEX as it does NOT WORK at all.
Days later I noticed an Email that Instaflex got my returned package and it said I was Refunded $74.98 for such this item I DID NOT ORDER!

 Then I remembered all my BOUNCED CHECKS so I called to reprimand them for such their UNAUTHORIZED theft against my Bank Account. Then I was told I was also charged yet another $74.98 a month or so earlier for some FIRST bottle of INSTAFLEX (of which I never received at all NOR did they ever send me any form of RECEIPT for such a SALE of it!) Being a sickly woman on heavy medication for the past 2 months, I never left home and couldn't even get to my mail box, of which my mail lady KNOWS that if ANY PACKAGE ever came to me, that she even has it posted in her TRUCK "to hold all mail to me at the local Post Office" because this is a bad neighborhood.

 I told this INSTAFLEX guy named LEO that "I only refused and sent back the one later package" around Feb, 8th,2013, and that I never received a FIRST one he described as a Jan. mailing AT ALL.  Therefore he gave e the TRACKING #s for this missing package, and I immediately got the Post Office USPS
to do Investigation re: this missing package. 

Today Mar.2,2013 I got a Call from my Post Office whom said their Investigations do not have any such Numbers as was Given me for this so-called First Paid for Package of Instaflex, so they asked me to get from Instaflex a "better or correct tracking Number".

The nightmare gets WORSE as now I have some Instaflex woman insisting that her "LEO" has written in his Notes that: "I told him (Leo) that I mailed "BOTH" Istaflex packages back to Instaflex "TOGETHER" on or around Feb. 8th,2013!"  Which is a Bold faced LIE! I never said I mailed any package BACK , I only said I REFUSED the only one I found waiting at the P.O. and they the P.O. then sent it back!  

So now in my major illness I am being UPSET with them not only ROBBING ME, But Now they are MAKING UP BOLD FACED LIES that I received 2 packages of their lame product, and insisting I told Leo I mailed such 2 packages of their product BACK! 

With a half hour on the phone being upset arguing with her about such LIES and FRAUD, she ends by saying they are not liable and will NOT REFUND me my money they illegally STOLE from me! Now this UPSET has set me back on my recovery of which illness is Life Threatening, and with all their ROBBERY to my funds I am unable to Pay for the Emergency Rm my doctor is insisting I go to immediately.With the $ they STOLE from me I can't even Pay for my Prescription! I am in SERIOUS Shape.

These LIAR/SCAMMERS need to be placed in JAIL! ASAP   Lord forbid they hurt yet another unsuspecting person.
Luckily I am Getting my LAWYER Brother on the Case and also the BBB. ;)
