I tried to purchase an Xbox 12 month gold code from  instagamepoints.com on March 5, 2013, and paid by credit card. I received an email stating as soon as payment confirmed my code would be sent to me. It's been over 3 days since I paid for the code. I tried opening up a support ticket a couple days ago, and get absolutely no answer. I have responded and sent emails, and still two days later I do not have a code, an email, or anything from this company. I tried the customer service numbers that just rings and no one ever answers. I called the bank and had to file a claim to dispute the transaction, and cancel my card and get a new one, this way I am not scammed from them again. To make matters worse, the bank informed me they received their payment the morning after the purchase, and I still do not have a code. They got their money, my payment was confirmed, and i do not have any product. It will take at least 45 days or so to process this dispute claim, and get my money back. I have read several complaints against this company and the company is still very new. I would like to encourage people NOT to purchase any items from instagamepoints.com. They will take your money, you will never get a code even though you paid for it and no one will contact you so opening tickets and calling a number that won't ever be answered is pointless. I hope no one else falls victim to these people. I am not sure who to report this to or if anything at all can be done to stop them, but I sure do hope so.
