This scammer is on Instagram. He lists his phone # (as of July 6, 2016) as 3233297346 (Florida). You text or call him. If you call, you'll get voicemail. He'll text you the details. See Example below:

Send me $150 and I'll turn it into $1500 within an hour. Claims he a manager at Western Union. He'll tell you to go to Western Union, and give you a random guy's name, and tell you to make sure you include the test question that he told you to use. NOTE: Test question means the person picking up the money does not need to show ID to pick up the money.  So the name he provides you is not actual name of a person. Once you send him the money, he asks you to send the control #. Once he gets it, he picks up the money they will text you back claiming that he needs another $130.00 to complete the application - he never mentioned that part during the many communications prior to going to Western Union. At that point is when you'll realize it's a scam because anyone knows it doesn't cost money to pick up money. Once you complain to him, he then blocks you on Instagram as well as never responding to you via text/phone. If you call the phone number and get voicemail, the voice sounds like an American male however when you talk to this scammer in person clearly he can tell he is from Nigeria. Sad to say so many Nigerians are scammers, thieves.  I have filed a complaint with Western Union and the State Police in Florida where this scammer is running his scam from.
