Complaint Review: Instant Check Mate

I was in need of getting background information ona person wanting to do business with me.  After searching multiple sites and finding some basic information, I decided I would try something more in-depth.  I found Instanatcheckmate.com as was searching and their site was impressive enough to get me to sign-up.  I opted for the 6 month program as I figured this was the best pricing offer and I would have caused to use the service in the future.

Once I signed up the report came back completely outdated and inaccurate.  On top of that, they want to charge an additional fee for a PDF download of the report.  In order to get a more in-depth report they charge an additional $19.99.  I immediately called the company to cancel.  They did answer the phone right away but initally refuded to provide any refune.  They finally refunded a partial amount and I will refute the balence with my credit card company. 

This is a bogus site!  Stay away.  They do not deliver what they represent.
