Instant checkmate.com offers to run a background check for 1 Dollar. Stipulation is that you have to provide a credit card number. They then charge you a monthly fee of $22.86. Called Instant Checkmate after I found they had charged me $22.86 last month instead of the $1.00 fee. They responded they would reimburse me and never did. This morning I found they had charged me again. I called and canceled the account. They stipulated I would not be charged any more but did not offer a reimbursement.
DO NOT USE INSTANT CHECKMATE ONCE THEY GET YOUR CHARGE CARD THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU!
