10/23/2013 subscribed to instant checkmate.com to research some people. I had most of their information from my own public searches.
After the search with the website concluded I found most of the information contradictory to what I had found publicly on the internet. When trying to access further information supposedly included in the service even the names and ages of the people I was in the midst of investigating changed.
I double checked the valisity of the website information by searching myself and got the same incorrect data. I concluded that the site did not provide any information that could be trusted as accurate and called to get a refund.
I spent 30 minutes as they tried to extort as much of the original 59.xx fee as possible. I finally conceded in frustration to pay a one time search fee even though all of the information was unreliable.
These type of companies put out an inferior product and make tons of money from people who do not want the hassle of trying to get a fair resolution. Do not trust anything from Instant Checkmate.com they are a Ripp Off!
