Complaint Review: Instant Checkmate

I registered with Checkmate to look up to see if i could an old friend. Not only did I not find the person but I decided to look up people I know and see if the info was accutate! it was not! not at all! My dads age was wrong and it didnt even show that he was married and that was the truth with the rest of the searches i did too. I called to get a full refund and they wouldnt do it just half. But of course its not there fault that it isnt accurate.
