I saw the other report on this company so I decided to make one of my own. This company is filled with idiots, pure and simple. The other guy was right about the interlocks not being loud enough to hear while driving. You cannot keep looking at your interlock to see if it goes off because that is extremely dangerous.
When I asked about getting my fee waived ( $50 ) for missing rolling retests BECAUSE of the point about ( not loud enough ) they kept talking over me, lying and not being professional about it.
I would warn ANYone looking for an interlock service to NOT go with this company based on their lack of professionalism, low quality interlocks and fees.
Their interlocks also sometimes read 0.026 when you are completely sober.
