Complaint Review: instant tax service

I wnt to instant tax service to ae what my refund would be they took my information and processed it even through I told them I didn't want to continue with there device they nver gave me a price and they still enterend all of my information they chargee me over 500 dollars to file and there was Nuthing I could do also when I took my w2 into there office I had to get them adminded and next after that I still haven't gotten my state return and this is almost a month later nipple sh*t I'm think about taken there company to court
