Went in to Insant tax service to apply for the 1000$ loan on 12/30/11 my car broke down and I really needed the cash I used my last check stub and was approved a loan a 50$ one two weeks laters insant tax called me to come in and sign off on some papers so my return could be sent out on 1/17/2012 as soon as the I.r.s opened when I went in I asked about fees I was told tax prep fee was 279.00$ bank fee 70.00$ and I.r.s.fee was 69.00$ I said ok and signed off for the tax prep lady to efile my return
I was told that I would get my monet back in 24-48 hours after 48i called to see if my loan was there no not today called the next day and was informed I wasntt going ti get the two day loan and my refund would be back on 1/25/12 due to the I.r.s delay I didnt get tht week or the next so for three days I called instant and got a busy signal or no answer at all I figured the fed refund delay has nothing to do with state refund I finally got tired of getting nowhere on the phone so I went to the office today 2/3/12 to my suprise it was a very ling line of people waiting outside to see if their refunds were in I finally made inside after waiting outside in the cold for 45minutes almost just t find out my refund
was not in she pulled up the I.r.s website to show me my refund date was for 2/7 it also showed my expected refund to be 7200$ my tax preparer told me my refund would be 6500$ after fees seeing as how they didnt gice me any paper work I didnt know all of the fees I just thought it was tax prep bank and i.r.s
fees so to my suprise they got 700$ of my federal refund monet can u say scam I thought to mysef thts why they didnt wat to give ppl there tax papers until they picked up there checks they dont wabt u to see how they just scamed you out of a large portion of ur money I hate that I ever went to them and intrusted them with my money the people at the instant tax office was very unprofessional and and was screaming at me when I called them scammers and liars I called the state refund hotline and it said my money was deposited on 1/30/12 so when I asked them where is my state refund they simply said we dont have it yet if anyone have any numbers to bbb or or numbers for me to complain about instant tax service please send to (((email redacted)))

It is now 2/9 and I still have not gotten my refund I understand if the I.r.s released funds late that has nothing to do with the tax prep place what my concern about instant tax is tht the state of michigan said via internet phone and mail tht they deposited my refund on 1/30 and instant claims it takes this long for the bank or whom ever to put the money in there accout if im wrong my apoligies but never have I heard of an electronic deposit taking two weeks I also still feel like the service is a rip off and scam and being misleading as far as
their fees go I still feel like they are very unprofessionl today like every other time ive called there was no anser or either the line was busy I feel its rude inconsiderate and very unprofessional to have five people at an etablishment and no one to answer the phone therfore u have to go there in person to check the status of your refund when I went in today I was confronted about my blog lol yes I wrote a blog yes I put how I felt about experince was terrible not even speaking on the long wait of my refund but how I.was treated after the prep of my taxes were done and they knew they had my fee coming made to wait outside in the cold made to come up there every I want to check my refund to wildly confronted about my blog yes u r rude snd very unprofessional anisha ur very persona and demenor is nasty ur manager name was metioned in my last blog and she didnt say anything take a tip from her thts being professional and in my last blog I named rhe people names I knew I was speaking on the owners who ever came up with the idea to not answer phones and have people who have paid a fee for services to wait outside I would never ever refer a stranger let alone a friend to instant taxes service everyone I know has their refund at the very least the state portion except for me whats the diff in me and them the tax service we went to instant tax service sucks in my opinion
