Complaint Review: Instant Tax Service Anand Groudar

On Monday December 28th 2008, I went into rapid cash located on Fort Apche and Flamingo to see Corrine Toppe whom was employed by Instant Tax Service - with last paystub to see what I would be expecting back on my return and to see if I could get the $1000.00 loan they claimed they were giving. I told Mrs. toppe I had anther denpendent and other income but right now I just wanted the loan. first off they dont even give the loan they send you to the window and if you have bank account rapid cash will see how much you qualify for "payday loan" not what I was interested in.

Next she told me with what information that was given to her I would but getting $4735 so she said with other dependent and other income it could go up depending on how much you made. At that time I said okay thank you very much and she assured me NOTHING could be processed without w2 cause we need ein # and your permission plus the fact I was missing some info.

Well I decided to do my own taxes on turbo tax so on 1/16/08 I processed my return through turbo tax and had a refund of $6638 only to get rejected for why? I didnt understand only to later find out my social had already been used. How is this possible? Guess what! this company that didnt have permission to process my return nor had Any correct info but my s.s # had atomactically processed my info for only $2000. I cant belive this they put my family in a huge finacial strain cause it will take until March to even recover all money entitled to me plus I did for free myself and they charged me $400. are you serious this franchise operation is a fraud and need to refund everything plus my stress they have caused me! and All the owner said is come in we will amend put in right info NEVER I DONT WANT YOU TO TOUCH NOTHING OF MINE. HE DESERVES TO LOSE LICENSES HAS REPRESENTING ANY TAX COMPANY HE IS LIAR AND TAX FRAUD
