Instant Tax Service Manager, and workers Where are your morals and ethics?? cicero, Illinois
Last week on Wednesday January 18,2012. I went to file taxes at Instant tax service in cicero on roosevelt and cicero,because there was an announcement on the radio, and it said" get 1000.00 today and the rest of your return within 7 to 10 days". I went due to the need of paying a loan right away and not having to wait. I worked for Instant Tax Service before and chose not to work there for the last past 2 seasons, due to some of the misconceptions that was asked of me to do and my morals would not allow me to,
I could not and will not make a sell on lies, I kept my customers based on the truth!!. Unfortunately, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and really got screwed, I got charged over $350.00 for a RAL, and over $150.00 for tax prep, wow!! yeah, believe it or not I had every employee call me and give me a sorry story, but, true fact is I know the games that are played!!Do these people not have morals or ethics?? I WILL get a discount due to the wait, also I was a past employee and Due to the stress!! Don't take kindness for weakness, the area you are at is not a good area to do this stuff in, think about what you are doing!!!
