Complaint Review: Instant tax service

Instant tax service told me and my husband to exspect our taxes with a R.A.L. In 12to24 hours on a card we provided. Needless to say our taxes .were excepted by i.r.s.on the1/17/2012.@15:24 pm.today is 1/20th/2012.and we still have not recieved any moneys to my card .the amount was to be $1,000.00 .now we have all these loans and bills we needs to pay and still havent even seen how much we paid for there services nor have we even see or possess a copy of the return sent to i.r.s. When we call to ask questions all we get is the run around and the manager there named bruce doesnt seems to know whats to tell us yesterday he told us tonight for sure .then her said one to three days now her says its out his hands call the corprate office.im waiting now to get in touch have left messages but no reply as of yet .
