Instant Tax service There commerical is misleading. kansas city, Kansas
I am writing this report in regards to filing my taxes I saw the commercial on television and the commercial is misleading but I went down anyway to do my taxes then I received a loan for 300.00 before my taxes was prepared. Then Instant tax service called me back and said i can file my taxes.
I filed my taxes I was told that i should receive it by the 17th of January 2011. I tried to call them on Tuesday and i could not get a hold of them but i finally got through today January 19,2011. Now I was told that I got denied the RAL I always file and get the RAL but there bank denied me and said I will receive it in 10 to 14 days and that my fee will be dropped. I was not informed that there is a fee for filing I mean I understand there would be one but, I got a loan before and then now I get denied. What kind of bank is this that now denies me but did not before.
This place is a joke and they will not ever get my business again. I am very disappointed in there service. I will let everyone no this is not what it cracks up to be.

My apologies for your problems dealing with your loan. To answer your concerns about our Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL) bank, we have a deal with a bank where they supply the money to loadyour insight card on the 17th ofJanuary.With that said, due to many regulations in the tax industry, such as no debt indicator, the bank onlyapproves a certain amount of people to get their quick refund. However weworked hard over the summer to lock down the holiday loan that you recieved so that we maybetter takecare of our returning customers. We gave out many loans in the Kansas City region. Alot of our competitors weren't able to secure any kind of loan or RAL product.
